I don't think they even tested this piece of junk before manufacturing it. The day I took it out of the box, my friend saw it said that she had the same one. She explained that pee got everywhere when her son used it so they had to get rid of it, but since I had a girl, I may have better luck. I didn't. This potty has seams and lines throughout that make it perfect for capturing urine and spreading it all over the potty. The inside rim of the seat is large enough to capture urine. There are three pegs under the seat that capture urine. The rim that holds the seat always has puddles of pee after my daughter gets done using it. See that big base at the bottom? The place where you set the removable basin? When liquid gets in that base, there's no way to easily pour it out. You have throw the whole thing in the tub and let water run through it to get the pee out of the base. my daughter loves this potty and has taken to it quickly, very easy to clean and very easy to transform to the big potty, she loves that she gets every thing we do in the potty by itself she loves to act like a big girl so its perfect

This is a great little potty. Great colors and has multiple stages. My daughter loves it. She feels like such a big girl and you can take the inner seat out of the potty and put it on your toilet. Cant rave about this one more would buy it again in a heart beat.
