I actually purchased this not to use as a shower curtain but to make window valances for my sons room. I did not like the curtains that were part of the matching comforter set... I had read that this was made of cotton and not plastic, so I thought I give it a shot, and this was perfect material! There was more than enough fabric to make 2 valances for the windows.

The Mermaids shower curtain is adorable, but the first time I washed it ALL the grommets fell out! And, you cannot get away without ironing this everytime you wash it. Fabric seems on the cheaper side.
